While this watch strap looks great and is (very) easy to adjust in length, it's definitely not meant to be replaced on a regular basis. The spring pins that you use to attach the strap to your watch are not an integral part of the strap. They come separately. The pins are simply inserted into the grooves of the belt. and slip off if you tilt the strap while trying to attach it to the watch. This means that if you decide to remove this strap and replace it with a plain one for training, you risk losing the pins. I wear one strap for work and one for training. I change the bracelets once a day. If it's difficult to change the group, it doesn't help me. This group is useless to me. i give it back It got 2 stars because I liked the look and I appreciated how easy it was to shorten the strap.
