The box was delivered to my buildings mail room with the entire lid ripped off. Although the tree and stand were still inside the box (amazingly enough) there was no instruction booklet, no metal pins etc but MOST importantly, there was NO "transformator" thus the tree could not be plugged in. I also ordered the 4 footer, which came intact, so I could see what was missing for the "6" footer. I reached out to Best Buy right away and they were very nice but since this is 3rd party they cannot replace parts etc. So they gave me the link for the company and I have reached out to the company to replace the parts missing. I will update when I can light the tree and increase the stars accordingly. On the positive, it looks nice (unlit), seems sturdy and was dead simple to assemble. So here's hoping I can get the replacement parts and turn on the lights!UPDATE: So the company reached out, sent a replacement part AND another tree! The replacment part didn't work (they must have some older and newer connectors) so I cannabilized a part from one of the trees, ordered another 4 footer to use the part to have at least 6 of the 7 trees lit. They are really beautiful! Lots of compliments.and very lovely for me. Many thanks to the company for their rapid and very nice/helpful response. Cheers!
