This monitor is great for console gaming, PC gaming and work purposes. It has different modes like fps and racing modes which are very cool. I have both HDMIs connected and can switch between inputs with relative ease. The controls on the back are quite difficult to use, but I don't use them much either. I switched to this monitor from a 1080p 60fps TV and my gaming has greatly improved. The response time is very noticeable and actually gives you an edge over TV players. My eyes never hurt and I never had a headache or anything while using this monitor. I'm not sure why it's 75 Hz, but I don't think I can tell the difference between 60 and 75. Of course if your computer can handle it I would recommend going to 120Hz+ as I've heard it makes a big difference. Personally, I'm more of a console gamer, although I play Minecraft on PC, so I don't need more fps. Not exactly a 4k monitor but still very smooth and I'm glad I bought this monitor.
