terrible product, I bought two and my daughter bought both.
terrible product, i bought two and my daughter and i hated it -- we threw them both away - it didn't unravel our hair -- she is 13 years old and she hated today 08/10/17 , a few months after I bought this item, the company saw my comments and contacted me via email to let me know that they had seen my review and their policy is 100% satisfied. I was offered a refund for both brushes - I have to say this is wonderful. I didn't contact them at all, I didn't ask for anything but they saw my comment and gave me a full refund - thank you.
