This is an update of my previous review. After a while I decided not to give up the product when it stopped working. I thought it might just be the battery. I've tried all the tools in the toolbox to open the case. Vain. I ended up buying a watch repair kit and after a lot of effort and time turning the screws holding the two pieces together I finally got the screws with the smallest screwdriver in the world and way too much time and effort to move them. Once opened, it was easy to swap out the battery, which is a single CR2032. I put it back together and barely screwed it on and it works perfectly. After I got it working again I received an email from the seller offering to send me a new one or get my money back or buy another manufacturer's product and pay for it. That's what I call great customer service. In today's world, such a commitment on the part of a seller is unthinkable. The product itself is 5 stars and the customer service is 10 stars, but I felt compelled to deduct a star due to a battery access issue.
