A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!
I think I managed to buy the wheels in time! I bought it for 5ke, which has served faithfully for almost 5 years. To replace one, which was repaired a couple of times, I took 2 pieces back. Equipped for winter!

Soft. Moderately noisy.

Pros:
Very balanced rubber, quiet, tenacious on all surfaces.
Some cons:
Not sure how long the spikes will last.
