The rind was thicker than my other peeler.
I bought this peeler because I grew up with this type and needed to peel a lot of carrots quickly. The peeler could barely peel the carrots and the skins were thick. I'm done. I'm switching back to my stainless steel wikiwiki Y peeler. My Wikiwiki knife is much sharper and only peels thin skins off carrots. I would send the winco cleaning knife back if it didn't cost more than buying it.
