I would not buy this set

You get what you pay for. At first upon opening the box everything seemed to be there and the gaskets are actually pretty decent but the accelerator pump was as cheap as it gets and I didn't trust it. I originally used the old one in the carb as the cup was bigger and thicker, didn't break and still worked fine. The float was cheap, included in the kit, but floated as it should. Now I had to use the old one or get another kit, the needle and the seat. Looked cheap but maybe bad. Well, it was just as bad as the first run, didn't want to open the fuel pump, didn't notice, because why should something new fail like that, well, it happened after it finally worked, a bit choked, but continued to work after a few minutes and seemed to cooperate time to get better. We had to get the boat out after it was up and running at the dock on July 3rd when people lined up at the boat to get on, we lift off into the water, move away from the boat a bit and it shuts down so we tried it starting again and again to make it work for a second, turn it off, work for a second so we decided to take the carb down while we bask in the sun and the boat rocks pretty good. After removing, notices that the bowl has almost completely emptied the leg, but the needle does not come out of the seat. If you look closely it looks like there isn't even a relief in the seat that I should have caught when assembling the carburetor, but this caused the soft neoprene needle to get stuck and leak fuel, so I did mine Best to get them working but every attempt didn't work and I had to tow the boat back to the boat to get home in 2 hours. Moral of the story: you get what you pay for, don't buy again

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
