**update** i ended up ordering the large, and was on the last hook level. So I order d a medium and it's perfect. Tough to put on, but doable and comfortable. No air pockets neither sizes I've tried (xl, l, m) and no back fat/bra bulge! I recommend! Ordering one for my mom now :)Original review:I saw that everyone mostly said that they ran a bit small and because I want to waist train I got the size that I would normally be in case it's way too small. But it turns out although the extra large fit me great and has some control, I'm going to order the large and I believe that will give me the effect that I want as far as the waste training. As far as the product so it looks very well-made and it it's very comfortable as far as the material goes which is why I'm going to order the smaller size but stay with this brand and seller. Depending on what the large looks like on me I'm even considering keeping the extra-large for days I don't exactly want to waist train but just have a little bit of control underneath my clothing.
