Baggy and puffy
They fit my son's waist but his legs are very regal. My son is tall for his age so these things are longer than you would expect. They also seem to bunch up and create bulges all over his crotch and buttocks. They're made in a strange way. Very bulky. I can't imagine what kind of human body would suit them. Maybe a camel?
