PC works fine. I bought it for my 14 year old. But then suddenly the battery ran out. Completely dead and un"identified" PC. We had it connected to the network 95% of the time when we were at the desk, so I'm pretty sure it's a Dell issue. Disappointing. The worst thing is that there is simply no support service. They acknowledge it's under warranty, schedule a tech visit, then schedule a visit a few days later, and "embarrassed" a day later. This has happened 7 times in the last two weeks.
