My monitor was losing signal every few seconds and a large "No Signal" message was flashing on the monitor screen. I removed the 2" antenna that came with the camera and replaced it with this so it is now higher than the back of the trailer. I believe the added roof vent cover was partly the cause as the camera was working prior to installation. Secured and held the antenna with a cable tie to prevent it from tipping over, the signal is now on the money and the camera signal is perfect.
