Wanted to love this unique hair mask that comes with what appears to be a cling film/plastic bag that you can wrap around your hair like a scarf and then tape to your head you can let steam it out and pat hair to a glossy smooth finish for 10-15 minutes before rinsing out product. In any case, that's how it should work. Actually, I couldn't get the tape to seal the pouch and it was also a problem fitting it snugly in my fine hair, so I definitely didn't get a "steam" effect. Felt a little softer and air conditioned but nothing was worth all the hassle and fuss with the bag and non-stick tape that didn't.
