Update 2/28/20From 3 stars to 5+ stars I was surprised when I received a very polite email asking if they would send me a replacement for my previous sweater could. They were very polite and I was grateful it wasn't an email asking for my review to be changed. A new sweater was delivered to me free of charge and without any fuss within a few days of the first conversation. The fabric is much softer than the previous one, as well as tighter seams in areas of friction. My dog loved it so much he practically put it on himself. then asked for a walk. She was so happy to get this sweater back I'm definitely a regular customer. First class customer service. Previous post: Not a very good stuff. This is normal, but more like a rough rag. Our puppy was in it for 3 days and on the second day all the holes started to come loose. By the third day it was pretty worn out. Day 4 is not worth hand stitching. VERY cute but crappy quality.
