The wand is terrible
The product itself is not that bad. It's on the floor. The wand stays unassembled. When I try to pull the hair out with a wand it immediately falls apart making the process extremely difficult as you have to use the wand and it falls apart every time you pull the hair through. The only solution I can think of is to glue the stick pieces together so they don't fall apart, but you don't have to do any of that.
