Works as advertised! I bought it because I got it for my office work station and saw how useful it is. I wanted another one for my home office so I could connect everything to it instead of my laptop. That way I only have to unplug one cable when I get home or leave. And when I get to work, I just plug in one cord. It is great. At work I have 3 monitors connected to it, two with 1080p and one with 1050 x 1680. Two via DisplayPort and one via VGA. I also connected a wireless mouse and keyboard and a headset. All this is possible thanks to the new Thunderbolt connection. The Thunderbolt drivers on my ZBook seem a bit dodgy at times. When I switch stations I just need to make sure the dock is connected after booting up to the login screen. Otherwise, when I connect it after switching from boot, sometimes not all connected peripherals are recognized. Again, I think it's a driver issue as both docks I have do this.
