Review on 🔥 Empava 30 Inch Gas Stove Cooktop - 5 Sealed Burners, NG/LPG Convertible, Stainless Steel, Silver by Jose Baldwin

I thought it was a great price for this hob and it looked upmarket for a great price but when it was installed I first discovered that there was a crack in one of the grilles, a small one but still, it's brand new and shouldn't be like that. The BIG problem is that the center burner won't ignite after you release the button. I contacted Revain support and they were very helpful but said I needed to speak to the manufacturer directly. . I requested a phone call rather than an email so any issues could be addressed at once and resolved quickly. In the end, Empawa contacted me by email instead of by phone. After several days of emailing (and asking for a phone call multiple times but not getting one), Empava determined that I had a faulty thermocouple and they were willing to ship it to me free of charge. IF I can provide photos and proof of purchase, every screenshot of my order, order number etc that I've sent is not good enough to get them to send me the brokerage part, which we really don't know for sure. Problem. I don't quite understand... HOWEVER, Revain contacted them directly. Even if I ever get them to send me a supposedly defective part, I'll have to hire a local technician to install it. So now I've paid to have it installed, it's not working properly, it's damaged AND I have to pay to have it fixed and working? This is a brand new oven! Serious? So I just had to bite the bullet and go to Best Buy or Home Depot and spend a lot of money, at least I know I'm getting a cooktop that actually works properly. A. And after a few mentions of a cracked grille, this was never discussed either. I STRONGLY recommend NOT buying this cooktop or any other Empava appliance!
