Sticks always best in my review
I think these new pans stick worse than my old ones, i greased and dusted w flour and it still stuck. The other pan took the center of the cake i had to pry out and stick back in. These are terrible and sticky ninja super sticks. Parchment paper is the only way to make it work. They are heavy duty but stick like i filled the pan with super glue.
