I have an iPhone 5 and this is the perfect stand for it. I ordered the purple and green pair (one for home and one for the office) and have had many admirers at work demand to know where I got it. One of my colleagues have since ordered 4 of them for our coworkers. I haven't (and won't) try using it on my iPad as I read other reviews that said it basically stretched out the stand to where it will not hold the phone anymore if used on larger items. So if you have the need to stand an iPad, buy the pair and use one for the phone and one for the tablet. The price is terrific and quality seems good so am giving it 5 stars. I would recommend. They are fun, come in many colors, have a good price and are functional.
