Review on RJ9052S New Wayfarer Square Sunglasses for Kids by Ray-Ban by Paul Hubbard

The frame is suitable for a small adult face, the temples may not

My glasses story cannot be told to many of you. All my adult life I have struggled to find glasses for my petite face (see last paragraph). Fashion glasses were never an option for me. It was also difficult to find glasses with a lens depth that would fit bifocals, as child-sized lenses don't fit. I recently had cataract surgery so goodbye glasses, hello quality sunglasses. However, ALL adult sunglasses are still TOO BIG, but now I don't need prescription lenses (bifocals). Oooh! The Ray-Ban 47mm fitted my nose perfectly and the width/depth was exactly what I was looking for! My first Ray Ban! I feel like one of the cool guys. Only 50 years have passed. Gray lenses are just what I need after surgery as I am more sensitive to sunlight. Here's a problem - the temples (bracket) are honestly too short at 47mm. For $77 I can buy a 48mm with a longer shackle. I set these temples to 47mm. I use the short 48mm shackle for limited travel and excursions. The 47mm longer headband is used when prolonged wear is required (hiking, beach, travel, etc.). However, $160 for two pairs of sunglasses seems like a bargain compared to $500-600 for a pair before my surgery. I'll do some more research and see if I can just buy replacement hangers in the future. I wish there was a more significant case. Soft blue pouch does not protect against breakage. For those with petite faces (I'm NOT paid or rewarded for doing this) I found a website called petiteglasses.com. Styles are limited, but this has become my go-to for miniature glasses that can be used with bifocal lenses.
