I've spent a few days browsing through different cases for my new iPod Touch 5 and finally settled on this one as one of the last (current) three choices. I also bought a clear/frosted rooCASE that fits the back only and a HHI TuchiFlip5 flip case for iPod Touch 5th Gen - blue. Of the 3, I only have one flip case left. The Eagle case I purchased has a number of issues. 1) It doesn't fit. I can almost snap this case into place, but one corner just won't stop connecting. I can only reassemble this suitcase when it is empty. This is a BIG problem when you're buying something to protect a $300 item. 2) If it fits. When "putting it together" it needs a slightly larger comb to hold it together, I think. This may not be the case when it comes to the iPod itself, but I don't know for sure. 3) How it is done. The case is made of plastic imitating metal. The image itself is a poorly wrapped sticker around the case. There are spots missing from the photo as well as many other spots around the edges that are "crumpled" or clustered. If you've ever tried gluing/gluing something and making it go around the edges, you should know what it looks like. Most of the time it doesn't look too bad if you don't look too closely at the edges. Personally, missing spots all over the screen (in every corner) would drive me crazy. You can't help but see them when you read the screen. Once you get there, you might be able to ignore external issues if you're not obsessed with them. {I'd be obsessed.} 4) The image itself. Okay, that's a matter of taste, but I personally don't like it. favorite on the internet. This image is in 3D. It drives my eyes crazy. I want it to be just a flat image. This image is a bit like a hologram. The spots where the flower looks white on the web are actually the translucent silver of the case. Light blue is a shade of light blue on silver. It's actually quite an interesting way to take a picture, but personally my eyes just couldn't take it on my iPod. All in all, I would not recommend this case to anyone. If you like 3D pictures and can buy them at the store and find one that is properly assembled and fits, you might like this. I have no idea if this helps protect your iPod or not.
