It does what it says. We are solving our problems with this software by getting rid of some redundancies in how we communicate internally about projects that have been completed or upcoming milestones within each phase (preparation/design & construction). The customer support is limited as well but I understand they're trying new things so maybe if you ask nicely for help then someone will work out something specific for your use case! Our biggest problem was keeping track of time lines between stages / phases which meant there were always discrepancies when tracking timelines across different stakeholders e.g.: client versus owner vs subcontractors etc..
