Probably ok if your dog isn't bright

It is a snuffle mat and came exactly as described, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. The reason it's not getting more is because I use it to feed my puppy as both an enrichment tool and to slow him down. Since this doesn't have a draw string, he just tosses it to flip it over and eats gotta kibble off the floor. The dog is a smart and energetic breed so this might not be a problem for everyone. I don't know. That's just my experience.
