I ordered my first bottle through the Paula's Choice website and within a week I saw a difference in pore depth and the redness on my cheeks/nose was gone . Region. The size of the pores never really changes (without dermatological treatment - laser, etc.), but the appearance can change. I was surprised and excited! I use it every morning and evening and sometimes throughout the day as a lip moisturizer. One thing to note, if you combine this with vitamin C serum you can get a terrible niacin red blush. This is NOT an allergy or irritation, just a redness that will go away in a few hours. It took me a full 5 days to figure out how to use AM without resetting after 2-3 hours in the office. I use it in the mornings without the vitamin C serum but add the brightening benefits of Replenix instead. At night I don't care about red blush when I sleep, so I apply it after the toner and then apply Serum C and other serums and moisturizers. Highly recommended! Just work with it to find out how it works best for your skin. (Note: There are many reports of skin reacting badly to this - acne and puffiness. Some skin may not be able to handle it. However, if you can, I highly recommend it!)
