As with most products, you just don't know till you try it out. Arrived in 11 days (within specified time). Had it together in a very few minutes. Ordered due to foot/leg problems of recent. It immediately had a positive effect for those issues. However, it killed my back in just two days. I gave it some times to see if my back would adjust, but it didn't. The lumbar support is out too far for me and not adjustable. The neck pillow is also non adjustable and hurt my neck. Also I was surprised there was no padding behind the actual back section. Maybe around the outside inch or two, but that's it. So straight off the center back section starts warping around causing it to not look as good as before hand. I am 5' 8" and around 225. Little bit of belly but not a big guy. Sending it back is a cost and hassle most ppl don't want to go through, so I had my 27 year old daughter who has severe spine issues give it a try and lo and behold; she fell in love with it. Said it was the first time her back wasn't in awful pain in some time. She has tried it several times since with the same result. So it looks like I am a step ahead on one of her Christmas presents. Really disappointed as it really looked good in the room and was the proper size. Three stars are not for it not working out for me, that is will be different for everyone and not the fault of the chair. The deduction is for the center back section having no padding. Can't understand that at all. Sorry, bad lighting on the pics. Took a couple extra just to show what was in the room and how well the chair went with all of it. There is a 65" 4K set in front of the chair that sure would have been nice to recline in for movies. May just get a futon. My back is usually ok with them. Good luck!
