Review on David White π Meridian LT6 900 Level Transit by Melvin Belton
Not very accurate or precise but good value for money.
Satisfies my desire for a custom transition with both vertical and horizontal adjustment. If I were a professional surveyor I would spend 10 times more money to get a very accurate and accurate transit. Since this is not the case, I think the price for this article is very good. I highly recommend buying a spirit level (eg "High Precision 30"/2mm D30mm/1.2" Metal Alloy Spirit Level for RV Tripod Ball Head. I find it much easier to get a pass with a bullseye level to align than with a built in level Pros: Reasonable build quality Easy to use Cons: No stadium lines .The screw whip is larger than desired horizontally and vertically.
