2006 Toyota Tundra 4x4 with Limited Slip Differential

Differential vibrated after oil change at dealer. Manual call API GL-5 80w 90 for limited slip. The dealer used API GL-5 75w 90 with no mention of limited slip in the service order. I have added 8 ounces of friction modifier one ounce at a time with no success. I changed the transmission oil to this stuff and after a short ride the rattle was gone.
