They come in a nice storage box and so far every single one has worked (I've used over half of the 50). I needed them to attach the pins to the Ita pocket insert and they are perfect for that - they snap right into the pins. Even if half of them were fake, I could only find 10-packs locally for $4, so you can't beat the price. If you're worried about the quality or the bag falling off I'd say break it, but if the pens don't go far when dropped, that's not a problem. Again, I had no questions or complaints!
