Review on PeerlessEDI by Trevor French

I like how easy it is to use (even my non-technical staff can figure out what they need in no time). It's very intuitive! The reporting aspect could be more robust - sometimes we don't get as much detail or specific information that our other providers do provide us with so this needs improvement. We have been able solve some problems quickly but there are others where having access to someone who understands ERP systems well has helped greatly when trying resolve issues/questions related specifically about our system.
