I bought these when they were on sale at a great price. It took me a while to get them but I believe they were in reverse order after sale and that was stated when checking out so I was fine. I have way too many cats so I'm always looking for deals on cat condos and toys to keep them occupied so they don't destroy my furniture or house too much. I didn't have much trouble assembling it myself. It took a while, but that's always the case with these things. After finally assembling it and setting it in place my cats seem to like it. It's durable and appears to be quite well made. Yes I've had others that seem a bit heavier but for the price I really think it's a good buy. My cats fit in with no problem and they are adult cats not kittens. My one cat loves the rope, the other seems to be lazy in the enclosed space upstairs. I've had it for a few weeks now and they've been scratching it like hell but the scratch pads still seem to be in place. Yes, I'm sure these parts will go first, but looks like they're going to be a while. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it.
