This is the best I've tried. The stand is simple and unobtrusive, which is exactly what I wanted. However, the flaws mentioned in other reviews are evident. My earrings average 2-2.5 inches and I can only use every other row for this reason, so my first thought is that there could be more space between rows, or they could have one organizer for small earrings and one for offer large earrings. The holes at the bottom are big, but not enough for me. The block itself is small, so of course it could be a bit bigger as it takes up very little space on the wall. I originally used double-sided mounting tape instead of screws; The organizer ended up on the floor with all my earrings scattered around and one of my earrings broke, I then screwed it to the wall outside my bedroom door and it was easy to do.
