I received the flashlight and tried to put the batteries in but the battery holder was defective. the two endplates didnt match. 2 spots were correct but 1 spot had 2 spring and 1 had no springs to hold the battery. for a light that cost so much you would hope to have better quality control. so after doing a search for a customer service phone number, i could only find one. The person said that i had to send an email to someone else to get support. So i sent the email with pictures and it took about 2 days to get a response. They said they would send a replacement battery holder. It has now been 10 days and have not receive the replacement holder nor have i gotten any further response from them. so i have returned the light to amazon and got a replacement light. the replacement works great! it is a super long throw light. love the light. but customer service is lacking.
