My daughter is a little over two years old. She is 2'9 inches tall. She weighs just over 25 pounds. This dress is very long. I ordered 2-3T. My daughter almost touched the floor. The tulle looks moderately soft. Something about the lining or the stitching really seemed to bother her though. She was instantly pissed when I put it on her and kept trying to pull it off her body. The top of the dress actually looks better than the bottom. It might have looked better if the tulle skirt had been puffed up a bit. Also, the zipper was extremely difficult to manage.
