I was so excited when it arrived! I made sure to read the instructions anyway because I didn't want to do anything wrong. This makeup brush cleaner makes brush cleaning super easy and even fun. I actually found it therapeutic because I focused on how fascinated I was with the accelerated process! It took me a long time to wash my brushes because it used to take too long and I didn't feel like wiping all the dirt off the sink afterwards. It's less messy and more efficient. All my makeup brushes fit. The only thing that bothered me was closing the battery cover after inserting the batteries. But I finally got it! So far, so good! I'm glad my friend recommended this product and I don't think it's a pain to try
