I have been baking dumplings for many years and have used various styles of cutting and sealing. I was so excited when I saw the dough cutter in the advert. It looked so easy! Unfortunately, he didn't cut the dough all the way through in places and the shape came out oval instead of round, which just wasn't right for the ramekins. In general I really like shapes, but again they don't cut through to the end in some places.
