This foam is perforated but very difficult to cut and shape as the perforations in the foam are not cut close enough to the next perforation to be easily ripped out . The foam is also so viscous that the sticky nature of the foam makes it dangerous to cut with a razor blade. Very disappointed with this foam tray, ESPECIALLY at this price.
