I am very glad that I bought this product! All the cables under the desk in my home office for the computer, keyboard, speakers, printer, etc. were in a big mess. Thanks to this cable box, the area now looks much tidier. It's also a million times easier to clean under the table because I don't have to lift all the cords to sweep and vacuum. It also hides the power adapter so my cat can't accidentally knock the plug out when it's under the table at my feet. Another plus is that when my friends come over with their little ones, the extension doesn't just sit there enticing them to play with it and possibly injure themselves. Definitely recommend!
