I always approach the choice of winter tires responsibly - I read reviews, look at ratings and tests of respected publications. For myself, I decided a long time ago that studs are not needed in the city, so I choose only non-studded "northern" tires. Hankook Tire Winter i*Cept took 3rd place in the "Driving" rating of the season "winter 19/20" after the leaders from Nokia and Continental, slightly behind them in most indicators, but the leaders are already 2-2.5 times more expensive in the same size, so the choice fell on Hankuk. When changing shoes to cast ones, there were no special problems, they balanced well with a minimum of cargo. For 3 months in St. Petersburg, I traveled in all possible conditions - dry and wet asphalt at plus and minus (up to -25) temperatures, in snow porridge, on ice, in snow ruts, on snow rolled to the mirror, on snow 10- 15 cm - never got stuck, did not lose control, did not get into drifts and demolitions, "on the floor" did not slow down. Driving style is confident and calm. Rubber is worth the money and works out 100%. Like any Velcro, it doesn’t really like ice and snow ruts, but this was expected, and therefore it didn’t cause much dissatisfaction. I recommend it to those who do not follow top brands and prefer maximum quality for every spent. I won’t say anything about wear resistance yet, because. this is the first winter on the tires of this brand - according to the results of the first winter, I will unsubscribe, if I do not forget.
