Technical support works 24 hours a day, not the same day.
Toyota Tacoma 2016. There was a problem installing it. And I just went to flash, I started more than 4 times, called tech support, and after 1 minute of waiting, the girl started taking my data, so tech support opened for me! Said I'd get an email and someone would call me tomorrow? My truck is broken and you want me to wait 24 hours for help? Why would you impose your tech support? Why do I need support before trying to install it? Finally everything worked out for me and works as it should!
