I'm not sure if my unit was defective or maybe it was a return I received. When unpacking, I noticed several fingerprints on the grinder and the accessories, which is unusual for the product in its original packaging. But let's get to the product itself. Well, it's a tricky, super cool grinder that can fill up your cones, or you can just use it as a fancy grinder. It grinds really well just how finely it grinds it. Just perfect. I think it's a better fit for someone who doesn't use it as much as a light user. The only problem is that it jams quite easily and as a result I may have a defective product. Now it just gets annoying for those who use it multiple times a day. It gets very dirty inside. And you need to clean it every time after use, otherwise it will get stuck with all the small particles. Be careful not to let small pieces get in in time, otherwise it will also get stuck. It takes a little time, which is ironic because it was invented and I assume it will be easy to use. The rest of the gadget looks solid and well built. This is a very expensive chopper but hopefully it will last a long time. Ultimately, I love the concept, I love how it grinds with precision, and for that reason I'm going to keep it to myself. It's cool and you'll impress your friends lol, but it just needs a lot of cleaning to keep it from getting stuck. I hope that the manufacturer will improve the next generation and I will definitely buy another one. ****** UPDATE *** ** As of 05/02/19 the chopper stopped working because it could not be charged. Just normal wear and tear, but the charging port is probably broken. TEAR
