You would hardly find me without a bamboo glass. I had my last one (different brand) for 2 years and it never left me. When it came time to order another I was interested because they listened to their customers and used stainless steel inside. Lid. This is very important to me because I drink a lot of hot beverages from it and didn't want to drink the nasty petrochemicals found in plastic products. Now the whole lid isn't stainless steel, it's stainless steel. the part that comes in contact with the liquid and for me that is perfect. After unpacking, I was immediately struck by the weight of the glass. It feels solid, very good quality. Not heavy like a brick, but well made. I was also impressed with how long my hot drinks actually stayed hot. Much longer than my last glass. It's an elegant glass and I always get critiques for using it as a refillable glass at Starbucks (FYI, it's the perfect size for a tall soy milk latte). Good product. I will order again!
