My wife and I work in real estate and property management and we love these types of planners. Not everything can be done on a on iPhone. This looks like a planner that will last many years.The leather is thick, the seaming clean and without loose threads, and as an added plus the leather had no strong smell. The binder snaps tight, and on repeated opening and closing the rings still met up perfectly. That's the big flaw in a lot of binders, the rings not matching up as the years go by. This hardware seems sturdy and well-designed.I think I will be using this planner for many years to come. Nice to see that someone is manufacturing quality items like this still.
