I didn't want to believe it, but after a week I immediately saw the result. It won't whiten your teeth enough to glow in the dark, but it will do the job. But combined with dental floss and a good diet, I've definitely seen it help other people achieve their desired pearly whites. Now it's definitely toothpaste, but it hardly looks like it. You'll find that it's more like a skin care cream; it takes time to get used to. In terms of flavor, it tastes like most American dental care products like chewing gum, but is unlikely to have a very bland flavor overall. Finally, my personal recommendation is to not brush more than twice a day with this product. I brushed 3 times in two days when I first started using it and my teeth definitely felt weird, kind of sticky. Having said that, the product is completely safe and this may only apply to me, just thought to post this warning just in case.
