It's very easy to use once you get used to it! And we don't dislike all features - they are just different than what I am accustom with in other programs so take some time getting familiar with this program before making any changes! Also if there isn't someone who knows how things work or can walk anyone through something that might be confusing, call Support as soon as possible-they will guide & help resolve issues quickly when problems arise!! Keeping track of inventory at various locations via separate areas/sections within one account. Being able to access multiple sites from anywhere makes life easier. This allows me to easily manage my accounts no matter where i'm currently located without having to log out then back in again.- being mobile has improved efficiency greatly. There aren't specific items about anything but we've been happy overall since purchasing alpha portal last year. Benefits include better organization of inventory information across several stores; more efficient ordering process due to its ability to store orders.
