Hi Will, yes I received the boost water very timely and all the functions seem to be working correctly. When Level Up is plugged into an appropriate outlet, it glows in three colors. Red = base unit is charging, green = fully charged, and blue = unit is producing hydrogen-enriched water. It only takes about three minutes to create the water and I can definitely feel the difference in the water. It looks smoother, almost velvety and light. Another feature I love about Level Up is the ability to travel long distances in my car while producing hydrogen water. The device creates many water tanks when the battery is in use, so the battery charge can be completed when the traveler stops for the night. Buyers may be skeptical about the lighting, but not all three colors appear at the same time. Each color is displayed at the bottom of the glass jar as the process completes each cycle. One last thing, there is no "Max Fill" mark on the glass jar and I can't figure out why it's needed anyway. The plant does not generate high pressure, only a minimal amount of hydrogen gas. I filled it to the max and produced multiple shots of water with no problem. Very good device and this is my verified purchase rating. I have not received any compensation for the rating.
