It's quite big, I could fit enough clothes for 5 days, a pair of shoes, a hair straightener and all bathroom essentials with no problem. In fact, there was still some space left. The backpack seems pretty durable and comfortable so far, but I haven't worn it for long. I've included a side-by-side photo to compare with my 26L canvas backpack, which barely fits a 17" laptop.
