Great for nogi jiu jitsu
I bought this to train in no gi jiu jitsu. It fits great and has very good compression. I don't struggle to take it off and actually forget it is on. I got a size large. I am 5'6 and 215 lbs.

- Good fit and value. I sized up to keep the sexiness levels down. Lol

- The compression fit is too tight and uncomfortable for some body types
