Review on 🔪 Zyliss 31380 - ZYLISS Utility Paring Knife with Sheath Cover, 5.5-Inch Stainless Steel Blade, Purple by Justin Ellingson

One of the most used knives in my kitchen! And for the price it can't be beat. I use this 5.5. and 3.5 all the time and love them. They hold the blade very well and are well balanced for a knife with a plastic handle. You will never reach the same weight as a more expensive knife, but that's not the goal when you buy this type of knife. I'm not that big of a fan of their large (7.5 I think) chef's knives; Then you can really feel the difference in a weighted grip. However, this purple 5.5 inch format is great for chopping, slicing and any type of "kitchen" work; A really versatile paring knife that I really like. I bought two as gifts for other people (including my mom!).
