Bought this water bottle to keep track of my water intake and it does just that. The quality is thick plastic and although there is a strap attached at the top I don't think I would pick it up when full. I say that because the strap is held in place by a plastic ring which I think will give out and break after a while. Although I wasn't planning on using the strap anyway, it has a built in handle that is very durable. I will say that if you really want to drink a gallon a day, you should fill up after 7am. label on the bottle. I measured and filled my bottle to exactly one gallon and then marked with a marker at the top where I need to fill exactly one gallon daily. Still, I love this product and give it 5 stars.
