This tool is great! It really speeds up my work time by using three needles at once. It's easy to open (don't know why anyone struggled unless they received a defective item?) and the needles are easy to change. Tip: Hold the pin/holder upright by holding the white ring and twisting the pink part under the ring to the left ("left-loose, right-tight"), after which the needles will just pull out. Very easy! The needles themselves are great for beginners, but if you have a preference for specific needles, they are very easy to use. Nice, that there is a cap cover the needle (which I should not remove when changing) and protect yourself. I'm just not sure about the underside. it comes off and is hollow inside. Why? Can I store something there? I highly recommend this felting needle holder! 100%!
